Overview

Nuvo-9000 series is Neousys’ next-generation rugged embedded computer built on the Intel® 14th/ 13th/ 12th-Gen platform. Leveraging the advanced Intel® 7 photolithography, the latest Core™ desktop processors offer up to 24 cores and 32 threads, delivering a significant boost in computational performance. With enhanced DDR5 memory bandwidth and PCIe Gen4 NVMe storage, the Nuvo-9000 series can provide up to 2x overall system performance improvement compared to 10th or 11th-Gen platforms.

The Nuvo-9000 series retains Neousys’ patented expansion Cassette design for flexible I/O and expansion. It offers three Cassette options:

  • Nuvo-9000E: Single x16 Gen3 PCIe slot
  • Nuvo-9000DE: Dual x16 PCIe slots
  • Nuvo-9000P: Single PCI slot

For additional storage, Nuvo-9000LP replaces the expansion Cassette with a 2.5″ HDD tray supporting a hot-swappable 2.5″ HDD/SSD.

The I/O capability is significantly upgraded. The system offers six 2.5G and Gigabit Ethernet ports with optional PoE+ PSE support, a USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C port providing 20 Gbps bandwidth, and six additional USB 3.2 Type-A ports for high-speed camera connectivity. An upgraded M.2 Gen4x4 slot supports the latest NVMe SSDs with disk speeds up to 7000 MB/s.

For additional I/O expansion, users can take advantage of the expansion Cassette, proprietary MezIO™ interface, and internal mini-PCIe/M.2 sockets. Combining Neousys’ proven thermal engineering with cutting-edge CPU and I/O enhancements, the Nuvo-9000 series is ideal for applications requiring ruggedness, high performance, and expansion flexibility.
